For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions for using the site, the name Ferro Murano also includes the name Yalos Murano.

The site contains the information about the products and sales promotions offered by Yalos.
Yalos Murano will do everything that is reasonably possible to ensure that the site contents are always exact and up to date.
The prices given in the site refer to the Yalos Murano pricelist, and may differ from those offered by the Yalos Murano authorised retailers.
None of the information in the site is binding for Yalos Murano in any way. Yalos Murano reserves the right to amend the texts, graphics and any other information in the site at any time with no need for prior notice to the users.
The site may contain links to other websites which are not managed by Yalos Murano. Consequently, Yalos Murano cannot guarantee that the information and/or contents in such sites are up to date, accurate or correct and therefore declines all responsibility for any damage that may arise for the users further to consulting said sites.
